Once upon a time at 3 days old I was a little girl watching a big concrete truck churn what would turn into a family’s patio and my own mother finishing the smooth surface with the same care she gave to me. Fast forward 30 years later and that little girl stayed in construction, served in Afghanistan building bridges and bases in combat, and transitioned to being a mom herself still serving the construction industry in project management. 

Construction taught me hard work makes a difference. War taught me details matter. Motherhood taught me empathy. When you combine those ingredients, you get Awesome Rachel. Initially just a nick name for networking now serves as the standard behind every job completed by Awesome Rachel and my team. 

Demolition is a dirty job. It’s hard physically, full of risks, and has a reputation for being the worst part of construction. We are knowledgeable, skilled, and trusted to start the project with precision and set the pace for the other trades.

Our goal is to be THE Demo Contractor setting the standards. Leading the change in stereotype from dirty and unprofessional, to detailed and awesome, serving Middle Tennessee General Contractors.
